William E. Sanders Jr., CPA, MBA Manager William E. Sanders, Jr. holds a BS degree in accounting and an MBA from Mt. St. Mary's College in Emmitsburg, MD.  Bill has 30 years experience in both the public and private accounting sectors.  Bill manages the Greencastle office of Rotz & Stonesifer.  He is a retired Colonel in the United States Marine Corps Reserve. Bill’s post graduate training has focused on manufacturing systems and process management and individual financial planning. Jessica Tice, CPA Manager Prior to joining Rotz and Stonesifer, PC in 2006, Jessica was a founding and managing principal of a firm with offices in Franklin and Huntingdon Counties, Pennsylvania. Her responsibilities there included all aspects of client service as well as managing a 9-person firm.  Jessica concentrates on providing tax preparation, tax planning and compliance to individuals.  She also has extensive experience in providing tax and accounting services to self-employed individuals and small to medium sized businesses in a wide range of industries. Jessica graduated from Franklin & Marshall College, Lancaster, Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting.  She is a member of both the American and Pennsylvania Institute of CPA’s and the Maryland Society of Accountants.  She has served on numerous local non-profit boards and currently is on the Board of Directors at Community State Bank of Orbisonia, and is the treasurer of her church.  Email:  jessica@rotzandstonesifer.com
Kristin Massimilla Staff Accountant Kristin Massimilla joined Rotz & Stonesifer in 2006 as a staff accountant for the firm’s Greencastle office. She is a graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Kristin's experience with the firm includes providing accounting and advisory services to small businesses, and all facets of business and individual tax compliance.
