William E. Sanders Jr., CPA, MBA Manager William E. Sanders, Jr. holds a BS degree in accounting and an MBA from Mt. St. Mary's College in Emmitsburg, MD. He is licensed in the state of Maryland as a Certified Public Accountant.  Bill has 30 years experience in both the public and private accounting sectors.  Bill Manages the Greencastle office of Rotz & Stonesifer.  He is a retired Colonel in the United States Marine Corps Reserve. Jessica Tice, CPA Manager Prior to joining Rotz and Stonesifer, P.C. in 2006, Jessica was a founding and managing principal of a firm with offices in Franklin and Huntingdon Counties, Pennsylvania..  Her responsibilities there included all aspects of client service as well as managing a 9-person firm.   Jessica Tice concentrates on providing tax preparation, tax planning and compliance to individuals.  She also has extensive experience in providing tax and accounting services to self-employed individuals and small to medium sized businesses in a wide range of industries.  Jessica graduated from Franklin & Marshall College, Lancaster, Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting.  She is a member of both the American and Pennsylvania Institute of CPA’s and the Maryland Society of Accountants.  She has served on numerous local non-profit boards and currently is on the Board of Directors at Community State Bank of Orbisonia, and is the treasurer of the United Methodist Church of Mercersburg.  Email:  jessica@rotzandstonesifer.com
