At Rotz & Stonesifer, we have created four distinct divisions to better serve the needs of each of our clients.  Below is a listing of each division.   Business Entities Group The BEG consists of a team of experienced small business advisors handling a vast array of accounting and tax compliance issues for small to mid-size companies.  We handle C corporations, S corporations, Partnerships, and Limited Liability companies.  This division for Rotz & Stonesifer also performs controllership functions and payroll preparation and compliance for business entities.  Personal Income Tax Division The personal tax division includes a highly trained team of CPAs and other seasoned professionals addressing the individual needs of our clients in personal tax compliance and planning.  This group also monitors our estates, trusts, and fiduciary clients.  The personal tax division of Rotz & Stonesifer provides a full range of individual income tax services.  Services provided by this group include: Individual Income Tax Preparation of Federal, State and Local Tax Returns Individual Income Tax Planning & Advisory Services Tax Projections and Estimated Tax Calculations Retirement Planning Audit & Not-For-Profit Division The audit team performs extensive financial audit functions and addresses internal control issues for both For-Profit and Non-Profit entities. Consulting Division The consulting division performs advisory engagements for businesses and individuals in the areas of Human Resources, Information Technology, and Mergers, Sales and Acquisitions.  The staff in the consulting group is also involved in business and personal financial management.
